Andrew Gantt, Intern
Andrew Gantt (aka "Gantt") is a senior from Trenton, Ohio majoring in Individualized Studies. His interests include Brazil, foreign languages, the developing world, and travel. He recently spent a year abroad working as a teacher in Salvador, Brazil.
Emily Goetz, Intern
Emily Goetz (aka "Em") is a sophomore from Huntington, West Virginia. She is majoring in Marketing with a minor in Communications. Emily's interests include sports, movies, music, theatre, singing, and God. Some fun facts about Emily: She's the Pledge Coordinator of the Christian sisterhood, Kappa Phi. She also loves and collects pigs.
Josh Mannix, Intern
Josh Mannix (aka "The Batman") is from Trenton, Ohio. He's a senior and is majoring in Creative Writing and Linguistics. Josh is interested in writing, reading, swing dancing, and movies.
Michelle Nugent, Intern
Michelle "not related to Ted" Nugent is a senior from Fairfield, Ohio. She is majoring in Earth Science, and enjoys reading, video games, running, dinosaurs, music, and movies. Michelle is a Hufflepuff and volunteers at an animal shelter.
Rev. Rebecca Woods, Interim Executive Director
Rev. Rebecca Woods is a Miami grad ('87) and an ordained minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) denomination. She earned her Master of Divinity degree from United Theological Seminary in 2007. Rebecca is co-pastor of Carthage Christian Church in Cincinnati, a 180 year-old congregation serving a diverse urban neighborhood. Before going into ministry, Rebecca worked for newspapers in St. Louis and Detroit, and for Gannett Media Technologies International. A freelance journalist and editor, she has written for DisciplesWorld magazine, Just Women, United Church News, and StillSpeaking magazine. She is the director/producer of Beyond Borders: Faith and Action in the Arizona Desert (2008), a documentary about the work of faith-based groups along the border between Arizona and Mexico.
